    Promise Maluleke

It is Maluleke, they made mistake on Home affairs by writing Maluleka.

Maluleke is the correct one…I’m also Maluleke

The correct surname is Maluleke. Maluleke was wrongly written as Maluleka at home affairs and because in the past, black people had no authority to question white public servants, the wrongly written surname was passed from one generation to the other. I hope that this help.

I am a clueless Maloleka from the Abaphuthi in Quthing Lesotho. They changed it from Maluleka to Maloleka because Basotho pronounced it as Maduleka as ‘lu’ makes the ‘du’ sound in Sesotho. My question is where do we even fall? Zulus? Swatis? Tsonga? I wish my grandparents were still alive, 8 love everything cultural.
